Most our clients come to Westfresh because a friend or colleagues has referred our company or attended one of our events. We take the same care to prepare a small 10 person lunch as we would for a lunch for 1500 person. We work to earn our clients trust. Making every created event a unique and fun experience. You guys did it once again. It is no surprise to me that the Symantec Finance BBQ was a HUGE success ... Scott thought we may have had well over the 300 people who responded. Again, no surprise. I heard people loved the food ... I think they were expecting hamburgers and hot dogs, but when they saw the ribs, chicken, and all the other goodies they were very impressed. More than one person called it a “high class” or “high end” BBQ. The ribs were falling off the bone tender, the chicken was fabulous, that pasta salad was amazing, and everything else was just, well, just perfection. The display was awesome … and you even pinched in to help until some of our VPs arrived to help serve. I admit I was a little nervous in the morning, not so much with you, but on our end with not getting the tables and tents and whatnot set up until the last minute, but y’all came through with flying colors. It is such a joy working with such wonderful, talented and pleasant professionals. You certainly make my life easier and I thank you for that.

I plan to send out a note to those 300 who responded and hopefully they forward it on because I am going to include your contact information.

Over the past two years, I have worked very closely with Westfresh. They have handled the majority of VMware's catering demands and always did a wonderful job. They were reliable and consistent in their service to us. Our orders varied from a company lunches to last minute catering events for on-site meetings.

This past summer VMware's new campus opened, including a full-service cafe. Though we enjoyed our relationship with Westfresh, our cafe has taken over all of catering needs. They leave us in good standing and are still catering for an offsite building we have. I would recommend their services to other companies looking for a consistent and reliable caterer.

Thank you very much for your excellent service and cuisine. Every item on the menu was superbly prepared and presented and needless to say that our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meals and paid many, many compliments. I appreciate the fact that you did not cut any comers and truly outdid yourself. Your service staff is well trained and that made my job so very easy in coordinating the event. Your suggestions and guidance in planning the menus was very helpful and all the dishes combined extremely well. I just returned from a ‘debrief’ meeting regarding the day-long graduate conference you catered. Following are a few comments received from the student survey:
